+Worlds Chat was the first version of the program released to the public by Worlds Incorporated in May of 1995. It was considered the beta stage for what would eventually become Worlds Chat Gold. It featured several avatars one could choose on log in. Users would spawn into a space station with a multitude of pods designed for various categories of topics. These pods often held multiple empty rooms on relevant subjects for users to converse in. Worlds Chat was shut down after The End of the Worlds on September 3rd, 1996[(https://web.archive.org/web/19990224221757/http://www.mixed-nuts.com/nutnews/newspaper.htm)] to make way for Worlds Chat Gold.
